Where is your office?

I am located at 6750 Antioche Rd Suite 210 Overland Park, KS 66204

What are your fee’s?

My rate is $130 for a 50 minute individual session.

Do you accept insurance?

​

At this time I do not accept insurance, however I can provide a super bill upon request which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. You will need to check with your insurance provider to determine if you are eligible.

How do I pay?

​

I require a credit card to be kept on file and will change you at the end of each session. I can also accept payments via HSA credit card which can also be kept on file in addition to your credit card.

How do I make an appointment?

You can contact me by email at kurtnicholscounseling@gmail.com or by phone at (913)-933-0451 to schedule a consultation and set up an initial appointment. If I am unable to answer your phone call, please leave a message and I will return your call the next business day.

What if I need to cancel a session?

I require notice of cancellation 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to provide 24hrs notice you will be charged for the session. We may attempt to reschedule within the week when possible and if so,  you will not be charged.

What will happen during the initial session?

​

The initial session is focused on your story, experiences, and goals for therapy. I will explain any questions your may have regarding paperwork that will be sent to you to complete prior to our session. I will explain the process of therapy as well as provide you with a small bio about me so that it doesn’t feel like you are talking to a complete stranger.
